Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Window

Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receiving the product.

Video Proof Required

A video recording of the package being unboxed for the first time, clearly showing the product inside, is mandatory. Requests without this video will not be processed.

Exchange Value

Exchanges will only be accepted for products of equal or higher value than the original purchase.

Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Process for Exchange


Submit your exchange request via our Exchange Portal.
Ensure the original tags are intact. Products without tags will not be accepted.
Once we receive and verify the product, your new item will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Important Notes

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
Exchanges are not permitted for the same order more than once.
Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange.


No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns. Please carefully check the product details, including size, fit, material, and color, before placing your order. If you have any doubts, feel free to reach out to us for clarification before purchasing.

Damaged Items
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged product. To resolve this promptly:

Take clear pictures and a video of the damaged item.
Email the evidence to consirt14@gmail.com.
Upon verification, we will process an exchange for your order.

Empty Package Claims
All orders are thoroughly weighed and verified before dispatch. Receiving an empty package is highly unlikely. False claims of empty packages will be rejected. For genuine concerns, please provide a detailed unboxing video as proof.

Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds in any case. Any concerns with your order will be resolved through our exchange process.

Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickups are subject to availability at your area’s Pin Code. If reverse pickup is unavailable:
Customers must ship the product back to our address at their own cost.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, if you have ordered the wrong size, you can email us at consirt14@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing the order to request a size update.
