At Consirt, we’re committed to delivering your concert-ready outfits quickly and responsibly. Here’s how we handle shipping:

Shipping Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: 4–7 business days across most locations in India. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include an additional ₹50 handling fee.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp.

  • You can also track your order at any time on our Track My Order page.

Delays

  • While we aim to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to logistical issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.

  • If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us and we will prioritize your request.
